Missing Options/State Box

I have managed to lose my option/state screen? So that I am unable to change the order of my pair numbers on my score sheets (from N/S order to Round order). How did I do get this valuable screen back?

The floating toolbars in Windows are great things, but when they get lost, buried in the bowels of Windows don't you hate them?
On the score entry screen there is a menu item [Toolbars]. The [state] tollbar is probably ticked, but untick and then tick on again. The toolbar will appear floating outside the window. This can be resized etc if you like. You can then place it on the right-hand or left-hand docks by moving it there and "drop" when the border changes to dots.
