Swiss Teams event from ASE7

I imported the event file for a teams event into ASE8 - it had four sessions and all the scores and master points for the individual sessions are showing.

When I try to view the overall results the program crashes with the "System Error - please note etc" message.

When I restart the program I get a "Swiss Teams Event Old Format" message and when I try to reopen the event this message is followed by a "File not a valid event" message.

Any thoughts would be appreciated

Sorry but the ASE7 Swiss teams events are not compatible with version 8.

This only happened recently when the support for Bridgemate table top devices in teams events came into existence (and the ability to score Swiss teams from the board results). I guess this can be called "in the name of progress". :rolleyes:
