Using BridgeMate table top devices I get the message "Class is not licensed for use".

This is a missing registry entry (don't know why - Microsoft again)

If it ever pops up again, here is the solution.

First check to see if the DAO design-time license key exists on your computer, if it is not, the following three lines (may be saved to a file with the .reg extension) should be imported into the registry through the RegEdit program:

REGEDIT4
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Licenses\F4FC596D-DFFE-11CF-9551-00AA00A3DC45]
@="mbmabptebkjcdlgtjmskjwtsdhjbmkmwtrak"


Save it as something .reg right click and merge

The file attached ClassFix.zip should be downloaded and unzipped into a convenient location on your machine.
This file contains
ClassFix.txt (how to do it)
ClassFix.reg (used in the instructions)

Follow the instructions. repeated here:
Click on Windows task bar :--
[Start]
[Run]
Open: regedit
[OK]
menu item:
[File]
[Import]
Then select the file ClassFix.reg from the location chosen
[Open]

Close regedit
