Player numbers in bridgemates

Hi Ian,
While doing some test runs with ASE8 and Bridgemates last night i had a problem in AsE8 retrieving names from the bridgemates. I keyed in the member numbers into the bridgemates and used "Get names from bridgemates to no avail. All i get on the reports is a & and yet when i manually key them in as normal the names appeared. It looks like the numbers brought in from the bridgemates cant relate to the member file. Any idea how to sort out? By the way thank you for the classfix info...it sorted out the class licence issue

Maybe the number types in the name entry screen is not set to the right number type. Go to names entry, make sure [option][advanced] is ticked and then select the correct "player number type", probably "national".
