Bridgemates....Failed name retrieval

Hi Ian,
We have been running Bridgemates for some weeks now. Last session a problem arose which i hope you can help me with. For some reason the system has stopped retrieving the player names from the Bridgemates. This has been working fine up until the last 2 sessions where when i click "get bm names" it just wont retrieve them and we have had to manually key. To my knowledge no settings have been changed in ase8 or bridgemate pro. Any ideas on why this would be occuring and what the solution might be????

Peter the most likely explanation is the player number type has been changed.
In names entry, make sure the [options][advanced] is ticked and then the player number type is set to "National" if you are using the ABF numbers.
