Hi Ian,
i wanted to get some guidance from you on two main events we will be running in the club over the next 8 weeks. Each event(a swiss pairs and a swiss teams...not on the sames night so only one event on bridgemates) will be run over 3 weeks with 3x 8 board matches each night. As we have not had an event like this before can you advise of the correct procedure in closing the event at the end of round 3 (the bridgemates will then be used for 2 sessions before the next round) and restarting each week.
From the manual i am assuming that after round 3 i score up do the draw for round 4 and just close Bmpro and ase8. i then have to reset the Bridgemates for the other sessions that will be run in between. On restarting for round four is it as simple as following 12.4 from the manual....or is it more complex?
