Adding Extra pairs week 2 bridgemates swiss pairs

Hi Ian
Further to our swiss pairs 3 week event(thanks for the help ...tests ran nicely). We will likely have to add 2 extra pairs into the event week 2(round 4) as some people will be back from holidays. How do we do this.....and can we give them averages for week one to place them in the middle of the field?? We dont want strong players coming in playing the bottom pairs.

Add the new pair in [2Names] "for the outright field" (press [add])
Hint: use the [enter] key after each step.

Then go to [5Results] [event scores] and enter their "adjustment" as you see fit. Then do draw for next round etc.

Thanks for the instructions for adding those extra pairs. I am assuimg that i dont have to go in and change the event "details" for the bridgemates to add the extra pairs like we have to with late arrivals?? When you do the auto start after the draw it just adds the table?
