Report Format Player Names

On all my result printouts, the names come out SURNAME followed by FIRSTNAME. I note in the design that it refers to NAME1 and NAME2. Where or how do I change the order to First and then surname. It also comes out all in CAPITALS.

There the "Preferred name format" dictates the way names are presented throughout the system
The names must be in capitals on your masterfile for them to show that way.
