15.5 Table Relay Mitchell

ASE8 will not currently accept less than 16 Rounds for this movement. Whilst we can always play less than this number, it leaves the Bridgemates in an unfinished state.

Is it possible to modify the program so that we can put in as few as 13 or 14 Rounds?

The reason it does that is because the movement is unfair with some boards being played more than others. Of course ASE will score such an event, adjusting the scores accordingly. As you point out it is also possible to stop play early for the same effect but Bridgemates are left hanging around for more scores, but not really a problem as they are reset at the start of the next event.
If you use a skip Mitchell all the issues disappear. It is as fair as possible with your requirements, with no noticable disadvantages and eliminates the relay table.
