Pair left after two rounds played

We had a situation with a one pair in a 4 table 13 round user defined howell leaving after two rounds had been played because one of them became ill and her partner had to drive her home.

Would the correct way to handle this be to enter a "0" on the Bridgemates for the remaining boards that were to be played by that pair? If not what is the best way to handle such situations?
