Scoring 60%

When we have eg 9,5 tables, we should want to award 60% to the pair sitting over. Can this be done?

That cannot be done.
In fact it is invalid to do so.
If the movement is complete all pairs have the same situation.
Where a movement is incomplete some pairs have sat out and others not.
ASE scorer then adjusts all such pairs fairly, awarding their session percentage on those sit out rounds.
To award 60% (or any other arbitrary value) would be unfair on the other pairs.
If you feel it is necessary then use the [results][event scores]"adjust" option.
