American Whist Get Names Error

We played a 9 table 3 boards per round movement today using Bridgmates.
When trying to import the player from the BM's the following error appeared:(

A file System Error has Occurred

File:prsFunc: READINFO Status:35Key:

We ended up putting the names in manuall - the scores were captured without a problem and the event otherwise proceed without any other issues.

I forgot to add that following the error message ASE8 closed itself down and when restarted went through the usual ASE8 did not close down etc message followed by the request to save the details to the trace file.
