Session Reports

Hi Ian

Today's director did something that has prevented any of the Session Reports from displaying on the screen. They can be printed directly or saved as files but when selected for display on the Screen ASE8 loses focus and nothing happens.

The other reports from the Report Menu such as Members work OK.

I have restarted the computer, unistalled and reapplied the latest service pack without fixing the problem.

Do you have any idea how to fix without a complete reinstall?

This sounds like he has placed the preview form on a second monitor and that is no longer available. Or if the form was resized to a minscule size etc.
The position of the preview form is held in the registry key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ASE_Scorer\profile
with values:
BasePrvwd
BasePrvht
BasePrvlf
BasePrvtp
BasePrvZM
BasePrvPc

Delete these or change the value data to 0 (zero)

Thanks a million - setting the values to 0 fixed the problem. Some of them had minus values!
