Multi Session Scoring

Rockingham Bridge Club recently ran a 2 Session 9 Table Red Point Event.

When scoring up the final session the "Produce Outright Awards" screen tab "Original Tables Entered" defaulted to 97 instead of showing the correct number.

This was not picked up by the Director and as a result the Outright Points awarded were significantly inflated.

I have been able to correct the situation but it would be helpful if the screen defaulted correctly. I have seen similar situations at Mandurah but because I score up all Red Point events there have corrected the default to the correct number of tables and recalculated before the final score up.

I cannot reproduce this.
More details are required.
Movement types?
One or two winner in sessions?
One or two winners outright?

It was a 2 session single section mitchell event with 9 tables and 3 boards per round with one winner for each session and outright. The last round in each session was switched.

The first session had a half table with NS missing at T2
The second session had 9 full tables.

That information made no difference, I still cannot reproduce this.
The event cannot help as it has been corrected.
If you can reproduce it then a copy of the event before any changes could help.

I have a copy of the file as it was before it was corrected. I have zipped it but when I try to upload it fails.

The Manage Attachments shows details of the file in the "Attachment Key"
as Zip 97.7KB.
