Where you are using a server with your members file on it, shared across the network from other machines, care is need if you reboot the server when ASE scorer is running on client machines.

The scoring computer and the server have the database open when ASE is in use. If you need to reboot the server, first close ASE and then reboot server.
Leave bridgepads etc running.
Once the server has started and you can see the drives on the server from the client machine using the windows explorer start ASE again. Press F8 and you should be under way again.
