There are two methods of having the names displayed on your terminals.
Both options are avaialble in the [remote scores][advanced] options. When the players enter their numbers (ABF or other numbers) on the terminal their names appear allowing the players to check they have entered the number correctly.
The first is to have the names included in the event database (the bws file) by ticking the "load player names" option. This means each time you run an event the bws file is populated with the names of all your members. This process can be lengthy where you have a large membership in your club.
The second method is to use the [load names DB] button in the lower center area of the screen. This option is advisable where you have a large number of members and can be done less frequently and usually only after you have update your membership file.
