masterpoints in ASE8

So far I have been unable to get masterpoints to display or calculate in ASE8. See the attached file. Also some other (minor) questions: 1. Is it possible to add a new player who is not in the database or must they be added to the database first? 2. Why are the percentages not displaying for the last three places for East-West? Masterpoints for the session need to be specified in the first screen by ticking "masterpoint the event". The session should not use handicap scores (invalid to MP such events). The awards will appear on the masterpoint awards screen.
Outright masterpoint awards only appear after scoring the last session and when you have ticked "Produce outright awards".

During name entry for an event use [option][add player] F2 to add new players

The report you have chosen uses "maskpercent" so that % less than 40 do not appear. Use the field "percentage" instead.
