Hi,
I want to create a personal pairs report to give to my players at the end of the session, showing their scores on each board, the matchpoints etc. I know there are some defaults but I want to create a new one. Iderally there should be 3 columns per page, with each report something like:

Congress Pairs
Session 3
(7) Mary Smith & Tom Long

Bd Rd V's Score MP
1 4 23 -120 8
2 4 23 90 23

26 1 29 -110 76

Top: 52
Total: 1523 61.2%
Rank: 5

Any ideas on how to go about this?
I think my problem area is the header and footer. I can manage the main detail section of the report.

Regards,
Fearghal.

All the items in the example are available apart from rank.
There is only a group header, not footer in the basic examples found in defaults.

Once you go to the designer, the fields you need in the group footer can be moved there from page footer or group header as the need arises. Resize these bands as needed.

You can remove the report footer by unticking the [report][footer] option in the designer.

I have designed a new personal pairs report but when I try it out on a new event, the event title and the session title from the last event scored remain as permanent features of all future reports! What did I forget to do?

Is it possible to add new fields to a report, that were not already requested, without having to regenerate and redesign a new report?

There seems to be a bug in this logic. Make an initial design with the event title in the PAGE HEADER (not group) and then move it to group header in the designer. That seems to work.

No. All fields not in the report body can only be introduced at the generator stage.
