Selecting the [Print] option from the main menu will show this screen for you to choose the desired report:

There are three types of reports available for any movement.
·Table guide cards. These are designed to be placed on the tables so the players can see how to proceed in regular way about the movement.  
·Personal guide cards. These are designed to be given to the players so they know which table to proceed to after each round.  
·Director instructions. These are designed to be used by the director for organising the movement.  

There are three destinations for the chosen report type.
·Print preview will show the report on the screen. If satisfied with the report you may choose to direct the output to the printer of your choice.  
·Print will direct the report to a printer of your choice. A standard windows printer dialog will be shown.  
·Print to PDF will produce an Adobe PDF file. You will be asked for a name and location for the file.  

The [file] menu (Professional version) allows you to open additional reports that may be supplied from time to time. As delivered the "standard default" report is the only one available. The report in use is shown on the status line at the foot of the screen.
