Selecting [Change movements] from the main menu [options] menu will show the change movements dialog:

This option allows you to make changes to one or more movements at the same time. One of four types of changes can be made to a selection of movements. After selecting the change type click [OK] and a dialog similar to the [copy movements] dialog is shown. It allows you to select one or more movements to which the change will apply.

Click the bullet next to the change type you require. Choosing one of the first three requires you to enter the change-to value.

"Boards per set" enter the new boards-per-set value that will apply to the movements you select on the next screen.

"Maximum board number" enter the new board number value that will apply to the movements you select on the next screen.

"Reference" select the new reference from the pull down list that will apply to the movements you select on the next screen.

"Re-load descriptions" will updated the description (or director instructions) for the events you select on the next screen. The movement type in each of the movements selected in the next dialog will be used to choose the text to replace the existing description.
