Changing board details

There are several places that the details of the current board can be changed, all depending on your needs. The first place is the top left hand corner of the main screen. There you can see the basic information of the board. It appears like this:

BoardBasics

The board number is as you would expect to find on the board at the bridge table. This can be changed as you need. If the "Auto define board" option is ticked the dealer and vulnerability are changed to match those found on all standard boards.

It is possible to change the dealer and vulnerability as you feel is needed. To do this click the combo box v for the pull down list and make your choice.

The  deal number option is a more complicated issue. This dictates the order of the deals in the file. Deal 1 may not be board 1. The deal combo box also has a pull down list, with the numbers ordered from 1 to as many boards as there are in the file. By clicking on deal 3 in the above example, board 1 would then be the third deal in the file.

For example if the situation is like this:

Deal number

Board number

1

1

2

2

3

3

4

4

Then if board 1 is changed so that it is deal 3. The order of boards is then:

Deal number

Board number

1

2

2

3

3

1

4

4

If the option [deals][delete deal] is selected with deal number 2 selected, the file order then becomes:

Deal number

Board number

1

2

2

1

3

4
